Metal dragons! That part is missing from the lunch weekly blurb, but the secret is out nonetheless.

Metal dragons? I am more excited about this than ever! I cannot wait! Even my cat is excited, although that may be more about the cheese I left out than the book? It is impossible to say!

And here I thought this book would take place in Ancient Rome/Greece. Must say that I am pleasantly surprised! Boy, I never would have guessed the metal dragons. <3

Looks fabulous! I love this layout.

(This is emungere from LJ, btw. I registered my recipe journal first and apparently that’s the only name I get to login and post comments with. Grr, argh.)

You know, RM & myself were just sitting at a diner this evening, consuming cosmopolitans and icecream (don’t ask!), talking about our various nefarious stories and also, squid ink, and I thought: this is all my dreams of collaboration. And then I thought, that I’ve been reading about you guys’ collaboration for a while, and how utterly awesome it seems, and just Universes of Yay for writing together and getting published and generally being an inspiration to us. (And also a World of Yay for, although I didn’t know it at the exact moment, that I was thinking all this, but I do now: Metal Dragons of Awesomeness.)

Then I got home, and remembered that I haven’t actually said, “Congratulations” (because I am A Lamer) and I thought this would be a great opportunity.

The site looks great, and I can’t wait to read the book!

Awesome. I want to read it now! ^^
I still hope by the time it’s in bookstores I’ll be living somewhere I can buy it the first day, not wait a month for it to be shipped:-)

This is staggeringly cool. Everyone I know is getting published! :D

You two are cooler than absolute zero, or something like that.

I am looking for spoilers online. I haven’t looked for spoilers since The Goblet of Fire came out, and I will have to relearn some restraint once the spoilers for Havemercy are actually out there. Though I am glad to know about the metal dragons. Because now I can go obsess about metal dragons.

I have refrained from using exclamation points until now, but do you have any idea of how many times I have HYPERVENTILATED since I heard about this book!?!?!!!!
